Allowances are pooled across your practice. If a busy season takes you past them, you pay only for the extra, and nothing stops working.

Do clients cost anything?
No. You pay for owners and staff only. Clients and their portal accounts are free, however many you have.
Do you take a cut of the payments my clients make?
No. Card payments go to your firm's own Stripe account. Stripe charges its usual processing fee; Heedlight adds nothing on top.
What happens if we go over the allowance?
Nothing stops. Extra emails, texts and AI use are added to your next bill at the rates above.
Can we use our own email and web address?
Yes. Send from your own domain once it's verified, and put your portal at your own address. Until then, your practice uses a heedlight.com address with your name on it.
Are prices in Canadian dollars?
Yes. All prices are in Canadian dollars, before applicable taxes.
